Patrick Bell

<p class="font_8">Patrick is a husband, father of three, and 2nd generation San Franciscan. He serves as Recording Secretary for <strong>UA Local 38 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union</strong> where he's been active for 30+ years. He has supervised the SF Water Department for over 20 years and is committed to building a Democratic Party that is a voice for working families.</p>
